Cannot recommend True North Heating and Air Conditioning enough! Matt did an amazing job and was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond, and by the time he was finished, our unit genuinely looked brand new. The attention to detail and quality of his work really stood out, and it's refreshing to work with a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will absolutely be calling True North for any of our heating and air needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Matthew was fantastic. He made time for us in his schedule right away, cleaned and tested both of our units inside and out, and gave us customer-specific advice about maintaining our HVAC. He was refreshingly honest about what the best options are for our home. I really appreciate that he didn't pitch any of the "tiered plan" nonsense or try to upsell us on services we don't need. He was honest and straightforward, and sent pictures of all the different parts of our units and their condition. Our system is running as good as new in the middle of a massive heatwave. I cannot recommend True North highly enough!
